OUR COMMITTEES
Join SGUO to be able to be a part of the events, outreach and education, social relations, and fundraising committees!
Events Committee
Assist in planning various events for the members of SGUO! Connect with ISG faculty and staff and encourage them to come to meetings and events. Help plan events such as alumni and graduate panels, resume workshops, career fairs and more!
Education and Outreach Committee
Teach the members of SGUO about various topics in Medicine, Law, Bioethics, Public Health, and more! In this committee you would present on interdisciplinary issues to our members during our general meetings and you would also invite other organizations to come speak and get involved with SGUO.
Social Relations Committees
Help spread the word about SGUO throughout campus and assist with marketing for our various events! You would help run our social media account and brainstorm ideas for advertising on campus. You would also help plan fun social events and outings for our members to better get to know each other!
Finance Committee
Have creative fundraising ideas? Help the finance committee come up with fun and effective ideas to help raise club funds so that we will be able to fund club affairs such as retreats and merchandise!
